Only concerned about the money. Miss Dr Gagnon. Crown fell off about 2 years ago and another dentist there said it needed to be pulled. Went for 2nd opinion and they said no we can fix it. It was fixed and have had no problems. Now same thing happened to my wife. Oh and Dr Gagnon fixed it and wondered why that dentist said they couldn’t fix it. Only care about the money.

!! This one particular Dr would not call in a antibiotic 03/31/23 for my abscess, or even try to see me at some point during the day. She wanted me there (NOW) I was 45 minutes away and was told it was to long, so come in on Wednesday. Since she wouldn’t work with me for that day, I ended up with an EMERGENCY!! Now I’m on a heavy antibiotics and my right side of my face is triple the size!! I was very lucky! So with that being said she deserves a negative 10 stars!!

Been going here my whole life and now days if you have to reschedule an appointment in FEBRUARY YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL DECEMBER… ridiculous. Also they have random drs starting and leaving every time I go, last doctor i had that did a filling for me left me in pain as she couldn’t get me numb and i think basically stoped shaving out the filling before it was fully out and I’ve been in pain with the tooth since. The dental hygienist are kind and that’s about it. Place is not the same as it used to be.

I really hope the care at this facility is better than the way appointments are set. I specifically requested to communicate via email which did not happen. I received a text message the same day asking when I can receive a phone call instead. I asked for a call at 10:30 am the next day. I received a text at 11:39 am asking if it was ok to call over an hour late. The next day I received a text at 11:30 am and when I stated to "Gene" that I am only available at 10:30 am he informed me that he had contacted me at those times. If you are going to have a 3rd party call center schedule appointments for you can you please ensure that they know what time zone the people they are setting appointments for are actually living in?

My technician Jen was wonderful. I have been hesitant to go to a new dentist because I was seen by the same staff through my childhood and into my adult years before moving away from my hometown, but I felt like she had always been part of my dental care even though yesterday was my first ever appointment. Dr. Vailli was also wonderful- she pulled up my son's Xrays and discussed them with me at my request, since he was seen at the same time I was. (I did not catch the name of the tech who worked with my son, but my husband says she was just as great.) I will be looking forward to coming back here for continued care.

Most expensive place. 48 hour cancellation or $50 charge. Even if you find out on the weekend you can't make it if you can only call Monday to cancel a Tuesday appointment they charge you $50. Huge endless money pit these guys are. I was told I had a filling to do. 1 filling and the copay would be $50 when I got there it changed to 2 and the copay was $70 then all of a sudden they were scheduling me 2 more appointments for 4 more fillings that just magically appeared that no one told me about nor do they even come close to bothering me no matter how sweet something is that I chew. Ive also never had a filling before because I take great care of my teeth and now I have 6 to do. I ended up missing one of the other filling appointments because who has time for all those or the money at $70 A visit. And i got charged $50 for missing it. I don't understand how I can now owe a dentist $170 just trying to get my teeth cleaned. Becareful with these people. Better salesmen then a dealership. Don't be fooled like me.

My husband referred me to his dentist and I'm so glad he did. Dr. Lonegan and her assistant put me right at ease as soon as I walked in. She professionally answered all my questions, had a great sense of humor and made me feel extremely comfortable (as opposed to those dentists who make you feel disgusting if you're not brushing every 5 minutes). I also appreciate how the very kind staff interacted with my daughter who waited with my husband in the waiting room. They even gave her a balloon :) Definitely returning!
